Perched on the hilltop overlooking ALL of Concan, you will find our wonderful home Gringo Honeymoon! Enjoy the quiet serenity of the Texas Hill Country and soak up the golden rays of some of the most beautiful sunsets Texas has to offer. This spacious 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps up to 14 and provides a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bed and bath linens (upon request & additional fee), wifi, BBQ pit, washer/dryer, wine cooler, telescope and outside fire pit and sufficient parking. In-house games [puzzles, board games] and outside games [corn hole, darts, washers] provided. Guests of Gringo Honeymoon will have access to FREE parking at the 2 major river crossings in Concan: Kenneth Arthur Crossing and 7 Bluffs Crossing and will be provided with parking passes at check in. This home is a short 1.5 miles from Kenneth Arthur Crossing and 2.8 miles from 7 Bluff Crossing and is in close proximity to local eateries, shopping and river outfitters.

**Not Allowed: Tent camping, No ATV's or golf carts.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bed Linens - Bed linens/pillow cases/blankets for 1 queen bed and 6 double beds.
Bath Linens - Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels and river towels.
Chairs - Folding or sack chairs for the river. Chairs from the rental are not to be removed from the property.
Paper Goods: Extra toilet paper and paper towels if you need more than our starter kit, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
BBQ - Charcoal, lighter fluid, and matches
Soaps: Bathing soap
Seasonings - bring your favorite seasonings including salt/pepper

Starter kit: 2 rolls paper towels, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom

The place is amazing just know that it is very high up and Verizon carrier does not work at all throughout town. It was very peaceful and beautiful view. Maggie was helpful and friendly with check in.

We had a lovely stay at Gringo Honeymoon. The surroundings were beautiful and we saw plenty of deer and birds. The location was perfect and convenient for our stay and we were very comfortable in the house. Highly recommend!

Maggie went above and beyond for us. We actually lost our truck keys out in garner state park and had no means to get back to the house. There’s no Uber or tow service out there. She actually came and picked us up so that we could get back to the house and weren’t stuck out in the park. Great communication. Nothing but great things to say about this stay

We had such a relaxing time! Ms. Maggie was so personable and kind in explaining everything! The house was beautiful, clean, and had the best views for morning coffee and evening wine!

This house has amazing views of the valley. Sunsets are best spent on porch with a margarita. The living room and kitchen are an open concept, allowing everyone to mingle, cook, eat, etc. We like to cook and thought the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, plans, utensils, etc.
The house has been recently remodeled with new floors in bedrooms and fresh paint. We used the washer and dryer and didn’t have to bring many clothes with us.
We saw lots of deer outside every morning and evening. The fire pit is nice to relax by and see the stars. Overall, we had a great time and would stay in this house again.
The overall experience was nice. We enjoyed the property and the managers. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. We did miss having a washer/dryer. The access to the river and the local night life was nice.
